We offer guided ice baths with, or without, breathwork. We often get asked ‘Why the breathwork before?’ The simple answer is that for people that cold ‘hurts’ the specialized breathwork we offer disconnects the nerves that sense cold from the ones that sense pain. This way you get the benefit of the cold without the pain. There are so many benefits to ice baths so we found a way that we can offer all clients to help them get past the discomfort and enjoy the process.
